Many of us dream regularly yet often find our dreams perplexing and strange.... their content generating more questions than answers. Below are some of the most common questions
I encounter regarding dreams and dream analysis...
Q. How can I make sense of my dreams? Many of them are weird, and some are downright scary. Are they just foolish nonsense... my mind emptying its trash while I sleep?
A. Dreaming is Universal, and modern research indicates that participants from varying parts of the world demonstrate similarity in their dream content.
I believe that dreams are a way for our Soul or Higher Self to speak directly to us..
offering messages, guidance and an invitation to heal and evolve... therefore
most dreams can be applied therapeutically in our lives
Q. Why do some dreams feel so potent and impactful while others seem absurd?
A. It’s helpful to recognize that there are a variety of different types of Dreams and each type has a different purpose.... I’ve curated a list of 7 different categories of Dreams to illustrate the vastness of our dreamtime potential:
Dreams as Prophecy or Regression.... Dreams as Upgrades or Initiations....
Visitation Dreams.... Lower Astral Dreams / Lucid Dreams / Astral Travel and
Interdimensional Dreams and Quantum Collectively Woven Dreams
In my course “Dream Analysis 101” (see link below) we’ll explore each of these categories in more detail.
Q. Okay now I’m curious... how do I learn to analyze my dreams? Do I need a dream dictionary?
A. Dream analysis and interpretation dates back over 8,000 yrs and in our modern era scientific research is validating the benefits of working with our dream content therapeutically.
I’ve created a “Simple 6 Step Formula” to analyze your dreams without the need of a “dream
dictionary” or a professional interpreter... and in DA 101 (see link below) I’m delighted to share this formula with you.
It’s so easy to learn and you’ll be able to access the wisdom of your sub conscious immediately. By becoming a Neutral Observer... and decoding the patterns, emotions and reoccurring themes in your dreams... you may explore this personalized type of therapy that’s available to all of us.
Q. What if I barely or never remember my dreams? Is there something wrong with me?
A. Not at all....22% of people worldwide rarely remember their dreams and a small percentage never do. Not to worry however... I also share techniques to increase dream recall and in DA 101(see link below) you’ll discover how to work with “morning thoughts and feelings” offering you a therapeutic benefit similar to classic dream analysis.
Q. What about my Nightmares... I’m afraid I’m being attacked by someone or something?
A. Nightmares are very therapeutic in nature.... If you’re feeling lost / stranded or victimized....
Nightmares may help you look at your vulnerabilities and possibly alert you to how to adjust your life strategies. Just like the symptoms of sickness in our physical bodies... that if suppressed can lead to greater illness and disease in the future... we may view our nightmares as a “healing crisis” for our psyche...
Learning my “6 Step Dream Analysis Formula” will help you process nightmare content with
neutral observation... receiving the benefit of the messages in disturbing dreams while
minimizing their negative impacts. And in Dream Analysis 101 (see link below) we also discuss Sleep Paralysis or Night Terrors viewed not as “external attacks” but as “internal gateways” to higher spiritual development and we consider strategies to manage these challenging dreamtime experiences.
Q. What if I become Conscious when I’m dreaming... what should I do?
A. If you become conscious of the fact that you are dreaming while in the dream this phenomenon is known as “Lucid Dreaming” and is considered a sign of advancing spiritual development. Lucid dreaming offers us a chance to design our own reality in the moment with less restriction than we experience in our waking lives. And because we acknowledge “it’s just a dream” we are free to imagine the “outcome” we’d rather have.
This type of “conscious dreaming” has many potential benefits and applications, such as a treatment for nightmares, improvement of physical skills and abilities, creative problem solving, and exploring mind body relationships and consciousness.
And once again... you guessed it... the DA 101 course offers techniques for developing your
Lucid dreaming capacity... so check the link and join me in exploring the world of dreams...
Some closing thoughts....
Through paying attention to your Dreams and utilizing their content to inform your
waking life... I Invite you to make friends with your Higher Self and your Sub
conscious mind as gateways to the wisdom of your Soul

May all your “Dreams have Meaning” and "Support your Healing" on every Level
