Yogis worldwide have always practiced setting their goals and intentions for the whole year around the New Moon in Aries (the first new moon of the astrological calendar following Spring equinox at the end of March).

Each year at this time we have the opportunity to tap into the powerful initiating “Green Light” energy of Spring… setting large scale intentions and planting hearty seeds for a more ideal future. Spiritual forces invite us to hold more light and raise our vibration to match the frequency of ReBirth.

Aries features Bold Action and a Pioneering Spirit

The Aries new moon brings us fresh winds of inspiration and courage, it is a Moon to reflect on recent happenings, and to move boldly into alignment with a bright future while blessing the past.

In Yogic traditions disciples practice a kriya (Breath & Mantras and Meditation) during this moon cycle to attract prosperity and opportunities that are most in harmony with our soul.

The sign of Aries represents Individuality, Self Determination, Bold Action and Pioneering Spirit…while the New Moon is always ideal to Draw on Inner Knowing… designing or birthing from our creative imagination.

At this inception point of the year …Everything is new and all paths are open to possibilities, If you believe in it, anything and everything can be initiated with less effort than usual.

It is the best time of the whole year to rewrite your own story.

It is also the most ideal time to project your intentions to the universe allowing them to manifest in miraculous and unexpected ways.

This year our Aries New Moon is supercharged with a Rare “Stellum” of 7 additional planets in the sign of Aries which means the energy of rebirth is heightened and the pace of change accelerated.
